I bought an entertainment center with the fake fireplace, i didn't like the fact that you could see all of the dvd's, so i used vellum to cover the doors and the bears from the wildlife cart to fancy it up:)

Some wall hangings for my guest bath, made using the Indie Art Cartridge. I used Float frames, but ended up having to put cardstock behind them because the bathroom wall is green, I think they match the shower curtain really well.

These are pillows i made for my new couch in my family room, when we get moved back in the house. The bear applique was made using the Wildlife cartridge cut @ 7 inches, I trimmed the fish off of him, then cut it out in the material i choose and sewed him on.

Here's another candle, i know why they use white candles for this, because every flaw shows, this candle has more dings in it than an old car! I did both sides this time, and added buttons and ribbon. I'm not happy with how the cat came out, but i'll give it to my girl, she'll like it.

Spooky Candle

The first Halloween project of the season.
I saw this technique last year during a Blog hop, but can't remember who to give credit to.
You stamp the image you want on the shiny side of tissue paper, this particular candle image i didn't color because of the orange candle, but for Xmas you would use a white candle, and color it with Primsa colored pencils, which is fairly easy to do. Cut out image as close as possible, lay on candle then wrap a piece of wax paper around it to hold in place, heat with a heat gun, be careful not to melt the candle ( as you can see i did on this one slightly, whoops), you'll see how it starts to melt into it. It sound's complicated but it really isn't.I used two stamps on this and masked one of them, added some ribbon and a charm.

I saw this on Cool to Craft http://www.cool2craft.com/ it looked fairly simple and it was, the only issue i had was that i used a bigger pot, so I tore my paper with a jagged edge ruler, the 2 birds are from a link they had, the one with the Butterfly, is a stamp i colored, different, but i like it. I'm going to put plants in them and give them as Mothers day gifts.

These are from the MCPT Challenge hosted by Chirpinisfun, I thought this would be good for a, just to say hi card. The flower on the front is from some paper i have, i punched out the center then layed it between my layers then popped the center in and added a brad. The house & tree are from ZB house @2 3/4 tree @ 1 3/4 computer gen. word's in sandscript.

I used LAB for all of the cut's , all of them were cut @ 1" except the sun which was cut @ 1 1/4 & layered.

HM stamp Catching some rays, colored with Prisma Pencils & Gamsol.

I don't know how well you can see it but, i used Decor' Sand to do the beach. I used the fine ( i had coarse but i did not look right, so i had to do the whole thing over) ,which can be found in the floral section @ Walmart -3.00

I used my zig pen and went over all the area's where i wanted sand , sprinkled it on , let it dry a few minutes and then shook it off, It will Rub off ,but, my DD had some matte canvas sealer, i sprayed that on and it sealed it pretty good.

The sentiment inside, unfortunately is all me LOL, (did I mention this is for my MIL). Paper is DCWV Summer Stack. I think i might put some stickles on a few shells!
